3 Phase Outage Detector

I have a simple system that if AC Power Adapter is stop energing/charging my device alarm (old phone) it sends me sms about the power cut. This ok and works on regular line.

I want to place this "system" in my solar facilities with 3 phase power line, this means that I have to connect the adaptor to one phase but if the other phase is outage the device alarm will stay enegized.

So my question is, there is any simple or cheap ready solution that checks all phases are energized and ONLY in that case it supply 220 V on curcuit?

The V220 can be provisioning one phase.

I'm not very good on theese stuff, I will probably hire an electrician to make the connections

you show this to tv technician he will guide you. you require 230v ac relay single contact, rated 40 amps 3 nos., 2 metres of each red.black and green wire of 1.5 sq mm guage and seperate 1 meter of 1.5 sq mm each red,blue and yellow for connecting the 3 phases and seperate 1 metre of 1.5 sq mm black for connecting the common neutral. 15 watts red green and yellow bulb one no each
2ft/1.5 ft plywood sheet for fixing the relay and bulbs.

caution. it is dangerous to use this circuit since live supply will be there on the
plug and relay coil terminals even when all the 3 bulbs are off.

bulbs cost less, relay cost will be around Rs-300 each
