MATLAB switching problem

Hi everyone. I am new in MATLAB. I design an Active Power Filter (APF) with constant frequency integration control for single phase application. I having some switching problem. Previously I was using PSCAD software and I achieved a good result with current total harmonic distortion less than 4%. However, in MATLAB I am getting the result but that has a lot of noise or ripple as shown in the figure below.

May I know why this happen and how can I solve it?

Can you show us your code and the circuit? One implication of this is that the signal is not filtered at all.

the parameter for PI controller is P=0.02 and I=0.1
The V_dc is the DC-link voltage at the DC-link capacitor of the inverter.
