S parameter to Z

So I have measured the S parameter of 2 ports using VNA and exported the values in .csv format. Now I would like to convert them into Z values. How would I be able to do that? Thanks.

Can't you just change s parameter to z? I'm not sure about changing a .csv format and import it then convert it to z values.

Take a look at the Wikipedia page. Under the 2 port section of the page all the transformations are listed.
