Bryce, I'm assuming you are not wanting to do a full university degree for this? If you do, it's just a question of selecting your preferred uni. Otherwise, you can do a lot online, depending on whether you want a formal qualification out of it or just the knowledge. There are a lot of places doing MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) on just about any subject under the sun:

https://ocw.mit.edu/index.htm also technical stuff (as you'd expect from MIT)
https://www.edx.org/course courses from many universities, a fair bit of tech stuff
https://www.futurelearn.com/ Also from many institutions, very wide ranging
You can generally get some sort of certificate from places like this, thought it might cost extra.If you want a formal degree, you may find a place that does it online, but you'll often have to attend practical sessions and it will obviously cost you more. Good luck with it
