Designing 9000 Amp Electrical Service for Tier 5 Data Center—Where to Start?

I am an electrical contractor looking for any type of information regarding a 9000 amp service for a warehouse for one of my customers. We designed our own Tier 1 data center and everything went great but now we have been approached with an opportunity to construct this bigger project and I don't know where to begin. I assume that for a service this big an electrical engineer should know where to start. Any and all information is greatly appreciated. 

Hi Samuel-We're not ignoring you.  The reason for the silence is mainly that we're all more on the electronic side than the electrical side.  We could easily answer questions about how big the wire needs to be in order to carry a certain number of amps, but designing electrical service for a Tier 1 data center involves complying not only with the National Electrical Code, but there are many other standards and requirements that must be met, and we're just not familiar with them.Also-  on a project like this if we gave you erroneous advice that resulted in non-compliance (or worse) things could get bad quickly.    If you've already designed service for a smaller Tier 1 data center, then you're already more knowledgeable in this area than most of us.It's possible that one of our readers has experience in this area and would be willing to offer advice, but for now I'd rather have us give no advice rather than wrong advice.I hope you understand.-Rick
