Charge a battery in 10 minutes and light a bulb for 60 seconds

Hello all..I have to build a circuit where a dc motor must charge a 5v battery fully in 10 minutes maximum. Then the battery must discharge and light a 0.4 watt light bulb for 60 seconds minimum.The time must be respected.What are the needed specs of the motor and the battery to realize this circuit? Will I need another material?Thank you so much in advance.  

This sounds suspiciously like a homework problem....
To figure this out, first find the watt-hours required for the battery. This is 0.4 watt x 60 seconds (converted to hours). Then convert the watt hours to amp hours for the battery  (divide by voltage). Then divide by charge time to get amps for the motor (generator).
If you are designing a real circuit you will have to take efficiency of charging and voltage drop of battery when discharging into account.

At that point convert the watt-hours to amp hours for the battery (separate by voltage). At that point separate by charge time to get amps for the engine (generator).  It's the least thing because nowadays bulbs are coming which can charge for 60 seconds and light up in 10 mins. In the event that you are structuring a genuine circuit, you should take the effectiveness of charging and voltage drop of battery while releasing it into account.
