Start by writing down all the equations for Kirchoff's Current and Voltage Laws (node and loop equations)
For instance I1 - I2 - I3 = 0 and 10*I6 - 5*I5 - VC2 = 0
Then you may have to add a few equations for components.
Then you rearrange and substitute until you've found all the unknowns. If you are lucky, you will know about Laplace transforms so you can solve with algebra.
