TN-C installation - can I add an RCD for the pool circulation pump with separate earthing?

Hi there, I have a TN-C installation and have created a pool heater from solar panels. Is it possible to install a differential for the circulating pump and circulating pump alone provided I make a separate earthing (pins) for this water system? Regards
