Sump oil level, sensor too low or faulty

My friend, I see it for the first time, but in VW T4, if you have driven more than 15,000 km on oil, a similar oil can will light up, it is a sign that you need to change the oil, the oil is not of this viscosity.

The car is flooded with fresh oil for about 3,000 km in accordance with the manufacturer's specification ... Is the information about the oil level in the sump certain or is it just a suggestion? Thank you !

if the sensor has not broken, this is certain information you can always check the oil level by pulling out the dipstick
