I think for the first time at the age of 13, but there is no specific age ;) I have a friend my age (20) and he has no facial hair ;)

You should go ahead and shave. At your age, I was already starting to play with it ;)

And with these girls it happens differently .... My preference is when I have a 2-day stubble, even though I scratch ;)

When you are young you are 100% shaved, when you have "real" stubble it will be ... different; p

One man grows up earlier and another matures later.
Once you have stubble, just start shaving.
My brother's friend is almost 40 years old and has NEVER shaved because he never grew anything on his face.
From another angle, you are 14 years old and you can impress your friends what an adult guy you are.
However, there will come a time when you will not feel like shaving yet ...
If you have a chance, start shaving as soon as possible, then later you will have to shave less often.
I had a friend in a technical school in my class who had a lot of stubble as soon as we started school and he probably shaved only in the 4th grade ... Shock ... We almost didn't recognize him ...

I started shaving when I was 15. Now I'm 16, and luckily I don't need to shave more than once every two weeks. Of course, the girls' scratching chin is left, but it's so rare that I think I can wash myself ...

Shave off the "nap" (because I assume it's quite thin and sparse hair) if you want to look aesthetically pleasing, but you have to reckon with the fact that it will grow 15 times faster.

Oh, and avoid shaving ... intimate parts early.
