I have another problem with getting familiar with Window 7 and checking if everything works as it should. I have noticed that the computer does not detect fingerprint devices, sa drivers are wrong. / device is: USB \ VID_08FF & PID_2580 & REV_0623 USB \ VID_08FF & PID_2580 sentences begin with a capital letter and end with a dot. mat_ed

Try with including driver - install via device manager.

So I understand that the fingerprint reader driver is installed?

If so, uninstall the previous ones before installing the drivers.
