HP rmn A867 DVB-T Tuner Drivers: Original Disc Request, Windows 8.1 Pro, Toshiba C-660

Hello, would anyone from the forums have working drivers from the original disc for the DVB-T tuner from HP rmn A867. The topic has already been discussed on the forum, but the drivers listed in the forum do not work and the tuner is listed as not installed in the device manager.
