Hello. I currently have windows 10 and I want to go to 7 because the processor and disk usage is 100 and often muli.
Installs from pendriva because the laptop does not have a drive. The picture of Windows is definitely good because it was installed on other computers. Changing the USB ports also did not give anything. The bios is current and there is no option to change the IDE emulation mode to AHCI.
    I've never had such problems.

    The laptop's model
    HP ENVY x360 - 15-w151nw (ENERGY STAR).

I read about it but none of the solutions given to my problem resulted in any results. Please help

These "other computers" were from USB 3.0 and the system was installed from them? If you do not have information about them and the fact that you did "change USB ports" does not bring much (the specification indicates the presence of only 3.0).

The possibilities described here: https://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/topic3149076.html - the one from post number 18 also - did you check too?

Ew. you can use here: http://dyski.cdrinfo.pl/artykuly/dodanie-sterownikow-do-instalki-windows/ described the method of driver integration (for USB 3.0).

The WinPE image probably does not contain drivers for your USB controller. What does 100% of the processor use?

The first option is off. As for the second I was thinking about throwing the driver under 3.0 on the pendriva loosely and then at the message manually indicate the location of the driver only everything I found were the files installation and not inf.

Use the Windows 7 * USB 3.0 Creator Utility and do not think about it, because you probably do not know what you are doing at all.

I know what I'm doing, my friend's way above. New ISOs are just being saved. How good a driver will go.

Or maybe a bit more polite? I do not know, I'm asking. Drivers can be installed in several ways, but not everything can be found everywhere.

I see what you write and only state the fact, there is nothing naughty about it.
You've got links and you should not just ask to read and understand them.

Touch did not work. I installed 10 x64 because x32 no drivers.
