As in the subject, on the websites of many stores there is a momentary information next to the button, on others there is no momentary but monostable, on still others there is an entry "monostable (momentary)". What is it about?
In addition, in these buttons there is such a parameter:
    ON (-ON)
    OFF (-ON)
I suspect the question is how the button behaves when pressed and raised, but which is which?

Monostable when you press it is closed, when you release it is open.

Bistable when you press it stays in this position.

Old topic, and I still do not know if the monostable button is the same as the momentary button :D

Because I see buttons in the announcements:

    monostable (momentary)
    bistable (momentary)
    or just momentary

Monostable has one conduction state, otherwise it is open.

Bistable has 2 conduction states - one end is common and the button only toggles between the other two. As soon as the state changes, the state persists.

The momentary bistable button also has two conduction states - however, after pressing the button, the change of state lasts only for the time the button is held down. Returns to 1st state again when released.

    Explained?
