Single-Stage Amplifier Design Using BFxxx Transistor for 100Hz Frequency Range

I have a request to the wise men of this forum....

Well, for Christmas I got an assignment in Analog Circuits which I have to get right at all costs [my situation is not very interesting in this subject :}].

The content of the assignment is:

For a BFxxx transistor [any one from the catalogue] design an amplifier so that the transistor is optimally used fdolna- 100Hz

So much given, the rest is supposedly in the catalogue....
Presumably this amplifier is to be single stage, OE or OS [BF is uni-po or bi-po?]

The BF547 dlanaprzyn is a bipolar NPN (for this w.h.) but the BF245 is a unipolar junction with an N-type channel.

I think this amplifier should rather be bi-po....
