1.Download firmware. 2.Create pendrive FAT32 3.Make folder LG_DTV 4.copy firmware file to this folder 5.Turn OFF tv 6 Plug pen - Turn ON TV 7 Choose automatic update Use small capacity pendrive .

Thanks, I updated to v3.49 version but it still says HD service and it's still no video to DVD channels. I can't do anything?
