confirmation of message delivery in case of blocking the telephone number

If someone has blocked my phone number (I'm not sure if it really is), will I still receive a confirmation by sending text messages, mmsy: that the message has been sent? (I have selected the option on the phone to confirm sending the message), but this person will not receive any messages? I heard 2 different opinions on this topic: one that I will still receive a message delivery report but the recipient will not get anything, and the second option: that I will automatically receive a report that it was not delivered, no message was sent. How is it after all?

It all depends on the level of filtering;
- operator equals a non-delivery report
-The phone report will inform you about the delivery

The first option is omitted, because I send text messages and normally receive confirmation of the delivery of the message. Is there any other possibility to check if someone has actually blocked me?
