    Hello,

    I would like to ask how to rip multimedia from HBO GO ( hbogo.pl )?
    The website is based on the "Microsoft Silverlight" plug (similar to TVNPlayer or tvp.pl/vod). Except that the entire website is based on this plugin (not only multimedia). Firefox plugins like DownloadHelper and programs like OrbitDownloader can't do it. Desktop recording programs do not work because then the video does not run smoothly and is of poor quality.
    I would be very grateful for any advice. Thank you in advance. :roll:

    Ant Video Downloader as a firefox add-on. I also have a Cache Viev which can copy the previously watched movie from the Firefox cache.

    Unfortunately, it doesn't work either :( ... Unless I'm doing something wrong? It only downloads small mp4 files for a few hundred kb 0:00 min and nothing else.

    Plug-in ripping won't help as the video is sent to the browser as short chunks rather than all at once, I have tried various methods and tested several programs available on the web, including the TRIAL versions that were supposed to deal with it, but nothing it worked.

    You can, as long as the token is not hidden, you have to search for it on the video page and go to the source of the page or explore the page and search for the link that contains the token, but it's a bit of a search because you do it manually. I have no way to check if it is possible on HBO GO.

    Icooz, As I understand, this website works on this link with the token http://pl.fetchfile.net/pobra%C4%87-z-hbo/ I'm just wondering if sharing the token with some service does not mean giving them some private information which are on my profile?

    Added after 5 [minutes]:

    In the evening I will check if I have a link with a token or jDownloader will not be able to pull the movie. He couldn't find anything from the general link. I'll let you know.

    There is no token. As I wrote above, this is DRM protection and the video material is sent in short fragments, not in full. It can only be ripped by capturing on the fly.

    It is possible as with YouTube, you can open a movie in a separate window without any background but video and audio content are separated, you can download only 5 sec heh ...
    But that doesn't change the fact that you can't download the movie. You have to look for it.
    HTLM5 from YT does not work on tokens, I will see if I can download a stream from it, maybe in a few years of school it will be easier for me to find such things :D
