Hello everyone and I am asking for advice. I bought a premium on cda.pl and I wanted to transfer a movie to a flash drive using the video downloadhelper Professional extension. It used to work for me and here comes a surprise. The movie is supposed to be recorded, but there is no picture. I have a windows10 computer, a Chrome browser, but on Edge and Firefox it is the same because I checked. The default player for me is VLC, but I also tried to play using WMP and Movies and TV but to no avail. As I wrote, the extension / movie will download but only the voice is heard, no image. Maybe someone will advise something?

If you only want to download via an extension, it is most likely its fault. Transfer to pen can be done directly by dragging the file in the explorer.
Movie Try to download directly from the source of the site. The easiest way to go to chrome is by clicking ctrl + shift + i, then going to search by clicking ctrl + f in the console and typing ".mp4", the first address you look for should be the address of the movie. You play it in a new tab and have the option to download it in the lower right corner.

thank you for the answer but when I am on the source of the page as you wrote, i.e. Ctrl Shift and then I go to Console then CTRL + f and type mp4, nothing pops up

I also have the impression that it has something to do with the resolution of the movie because as I wrote, the movie downloads to the folder I have Video, but when it is there, it is only the VLC icon with the title of the movie and that it is supposed to be recorded, but when I try to play this movie, there is no image but another thing, because when I logged out and downloaded the movie not logged in, but the 360-quality movie was recorded, but I am trying to do as you wrote to me and when it is in the source of the page and then in Console, where should I enter these mp4 as soon as I am in Console, I have there type these Ctrl + f

The method of searching for a direct link to the movie in the source code of the website is unlikely to work. The link is hidden "somewhere" and the movie is downloaded to be played using a script. I have just checked on Linux and Firefox 77.0.1 with the Video DownloadHelper 7.3.9 extension and the video download works.

Network tab or sorces, I don't remember. There is a film. Right, open in a new tab, go to it and download it. I successfully download without any extensions. Works on Firefox, Opera and Chrome.

indeed, when I go to the source of the page, then on the Network there are links but when I copy and open a new tab in I paste this link, it is a voice but there is no image

Once again I'm on chrome in windows10, I want to download a movie from cda.pl which I bought premium. When I start the movie, I run the Video Downloader proffessional extension, I popped up 6 links. After about 2 minutes, the movie is downloaded to the Video folder, but when I play it, there is no image

Recently, I bought a premium in cda.pl and the extension I have, i.e. Video Downloader Professional, can not do it, premium does not download all movies, especially when it comes to 1080 quality. Some videos cannot be downloaded regardless of a premium account. This is the case of CDA Recommends films (license purchased from the distributor) and, for example, from the eFilms user. Neither of the above methods will work as these videos have an "encrypted" mp4 extension.
