While unpacking, I get a checksum error of the RAR file, and the mp4 movie is packed. It can be fixed somehow. I have tried the attached utility that comes with winrar but it doesn't help.

Have you not packed with a password sometimes? Password forgotten?

No, the file is divided into several parts with RAR, I did it in such a way that when it reaches 99% of unpacking, I press pause and play it in this state
VLC media player, although the ending is cut off, but the mp4 file. can be recreated.

Did you unpack with the "Keep damaged files" option?
It's best to pack using the "Add recovery data" option (10%). Anyway, MP4 files are already compressed, so repackaging them is pointless.

If you stop it at 99%, you can copy it as well, so that when the error pops up, it will not be automatically deleted using, for example, an unlocker.

It is possible that you are missing the last file of the split pieces, its size will be smaller than the rest. Or you downloaded it with P 2 P and it didn't download you a few percent at the end, yes these programs are malicious.
