    Hello.
First, find out what a period is. (A period is a place where it begins to repeat itself - by peasant reason :P ) See how you have set the time base on the oscilloscope and see how many divisions takes a period and when you know, use the formula f = 1 / T. Where t is the duration of the period :)
The filling is also spoxik because if it is a square wave, use the formula: ww = (ti / t) * 100% :) where ti is the pulse duration and t is nothing but the waveform duration :)
And as for the amplitude, let the others get tired :P

To calculate the amplitude, you need to check what your "scale" is, it means how many volts fall on one division of the display, then from the zero point (i.e. if you have a sinusoidal voltage, for example, it is from half and in the case of DC voltages, for example, the multivibrator output is from the "bottom" of the signal) and you count how many divisions to the top at the highest point, multiply the division times and you have the amplitude.
If you measure the sine wave from the center as I wrote, you have Us, i.e. the amplitude, and if you measure the entire signal height, then Uss, i.e. the voltage between the peaks

As for the amplitude measurement you have to Sebastian There is one more thing to remember about setting the probe switch 1: 1 or 1:10.
If it is set to 1: 1, you read the result directly from the oscilloscope scale, if the probe is set to 1:10, you have to multiply the result by 10.
