Hello.
I inherited the Kludi New Waves 57 thermostatic mixer from the previous owners ( http://www.lazienkaplus.pl/pl/bateria-podtynk...kludi-new-waves-57-719-05-30,54954,165,i.html ) and a warning that if the water temperature is too low, call the cooperative and ask them to change the parameters "at the node in the building" or something like that.
Over the course of several years, the apartment happened two or three times as the previous owner predicted.
It was no different last week. Since then, I have not been able to reach the right temperature in the shower.
So far, after such a telephone intervention, an employee of the cooperative changed something and the problem passed.
Now the Cooperative replies that last week they reduced the CW temperature in the building because "there were overheating" (whatever that means) and at the same time advises to ask the manufacturer of the battery for advice / to look for the cause of the problem in the device itself.
I am posting a few photos of the batteries and I am asking for any advice, because I am green in the subject of plumbing.
Additional information: it was never possible to run cold water in the shower, i.e. with the minimum setting on the thermostat, it was always at least lukewarm.
Thanks.
