    Hello,

Kludi flexx boxx 88011 concealed shower set with zenta mixer installed over 6 years ago.

Experiencing Low Water Pressure in Kludi Flexx Boxx 88011 Concealed Shower Set with Zenta Mixer

For some time there has been a problem with the water pressure in the shower, it is often lower than optimal, sometimes as if the water is blocked (it looks like the water is flowing strongly, at some point there is a noise and it drips slightly, the adjustment in the handset to other streams does not too much), changing the handset does nothing, the hose is branded grohe replaced about a year ago. The faucet head sometimes seems to be resisted and I wonder if this is not the reason for such variations with the water pressure. The water switch in the faucet responsible for where the water should go (shower handset or spout) works properly, the pressure there is ok. Any advice? Thank you and best regards

Filters in the head (meshes) may be clogged. You either have to replace the head, or (carefully) disassemble it and clean it. Contrary to popular opinion, these heads are removable. In this particular case, there may be some problem with removing the head (not the best access), unless you have the right key.

Thank you for your answer, when you write the heads, do you mean the one responsible for starting the water (on the photo with the yellow bezel) or the entire large brass element??? Because there is still this "switch" responsible for where the water goes :-) I planned to unscrew the head and this switch today so that they soak in vinegar for the night, but I am a little afraid of this, because after such a time I do not know what the condition of the o-rings will be, and I need a shower .. It's the yellow piece that's held down by the big brass nut. To remove the head, you need to unscrew this brass nut (probably a 32 mm wrench - they can be different). If the head is to be replaced, take the old one to the store for a pattern, because different ones are produced, both in terms of size and shape.

I removed the head and the "changer", soaked in vinegar overnight. Now the faucet knob is spinning nicely, and I replaced the hose (the hansgrohe mariflex used for 1.5 years turned out to be defective, inside the rubber interior blocks the water and the pressure decreases, the same symptoms as mine). The hose is the main cause of this problem, cleaning the head and "changer" performed preventively. Thank you for the advice Mr. Zbigniew, best regards
