It was not me who wrote.
I started to book that the ad was gone and wanted to find it.
I am not looking for a conversation, but a solution to reach an archival advertisement with a description that I care about

    Hi,

This and maybe I will try to connect.

I have a similar situation to the one that appeared in this thread. I need the content of the advertisement to have evidence in court and I wonder if someone can get it back - unfortunately I fell.

    www. olx. pl / d / offer / for sale-auto-citroen-jumper-CID5-IDOJJIJ.html

I had to add spaces in the link because he won't let me in :(

    Regards,

Hey, I would also ask for help to open an archival offer. I need to get to the content of the offer that was saved there. Please help.

    https://www.olx.pl/d/oferta/maly-dom-wsrod-zieleni-okazja-CID3-IDOtxZS.html

    or such link:
    https://www.otodom.pl/pl/oferta/maly-dom-wsrod-zieleni-okazja-ID4fZrH.html?

after trying to search in the cache: the advertisement is visible, but after clicking it, the information that the offer is out of date is displayed.

    Hello,

I have a link to the ad from otomoto. The ad has already been removed but I am asking for help in recovering the photos and the content of the ad if possible. Pictures are the most important.

    https://www.otomoto.pl/oferta/daf-xf-460-ft-daf-460-xf-euro-6-mega-ID6EOCVm.html

I bought a truck tractor and it seems to me that a lot of things have been taken from it and replaced.

Thank you very much for help.

    Hi.

I too have the same problem as everyone here.
Let me start, however, with the fact that the matter is so urgent that I spent practically the last money on this car: I had to pay for a taxi (from the app) so that I could somehow earn some extra money for my pension and ... survive. And now I have no money and no car to work with - the one I bought is only for scrap, repair is not an option - but I've got trouble and more expenses, and I have to deal with some smartass who, although he knew about my situation - without batting an eyelid he scolded me like a stupid child. So please, help if you can.

I bought a car from an advertisement on olx, which turned out to be scrap. I have a witness to the purchases and all the lies the seller told me, and he knows full well that there is virtually no viable defense. But he's trying to hold me down, and the case will probably end up in court. I would like to obtain from olx the ID of the advertisement, which is now archived, because, as they say, it will be needed so that the police can request the content of this advertisement. Without this ID, it doesn't move as it seems, and at the same time OLX cares about buyers so much that they hide the ID and do not want to share it, even if without it it is impossible to obtain an order to share the entire ad. Patola as in Wiejska.
By the way, my local uniforms claim that - despite the obvious paragraph in the penal code - I have no grounds to prosecute the guy for fraud from the penal code, but only to assert my rights from the kc Another pathology.
I have a link to the ad, I have screenshots from Google and GoDuckGo search engines, where there are fragments of the ad and you can see a lot of lies and omissions of the seller, but I haven't dug into the whole content, unfortunately, although I tried all the ways I know.
OLX, so far, is also silent about this ID or at least hints on how to get it.
Worst of all, I don't know if I'll be able to prove the fraud and get my money back (including those for the trial, appraiser, mechanic, etc) without the content of this ad, so I'd really appreciate any help.

    Thanks in advance,
    P

    Hi!
Very important information: Google is not the only browser in the world. ;) And at the same time - at least from the perspective of someone who wants to regain a preview of the archival announcement on olx, otomoto or other otodoms - not necessarily the best. In the post above, I described my problem and mentioned that google, angrily, did not save a backup of the page I was looking for.
On a daily basis, I don't use Google anyway, only GoDudckGo - I respect my privacy - but unfortunately there is no such thing as a copy of the page. It's a pity ... But then I had an epiphany: there are other options.
I started with Yahoo, and there it actually found the backup copy of the ad I was looking for, only it was heavily obscured by some blank squares and thus almost useless - almost, because luckily the ad ID number - which is all I could ask for - was visible. So much to win.
And this should be enough for you too if you want to report a scam and need to provide your ID to the relevant authorities so that they can report to these platforms for the content of the scam ad. And if it hasn't been six months since this ad was archived.

However, I decided to check other possibilities and... Bingo!
On Russian Yandex, I found an elegant, comprehensive copy of the page with the ad and all the lies that the Seller was writing there. I wrote it down, took screenshots and now I have everything documented, you can take a cheater for a face.
As it's in Russian, I'm leaving a quick user manual:
    1) you search for Yandex in any way and launch this search engine
    2) In the search engine (not the address window at the top of the browser) you put the link of the advertisement that interests you.
    3) In the search results, the advertisement should pop up in the first place. You click the three vertical lines (menu) next to the ad.
    4) Four options will pop up, all in Russian. I only say "Kalinka, Kalinka Maja" in Russian - and falsifying it - so I checked them one by one. All you need to do is click on the second one from the top. A copy of the ad should pop up.
    5) right-click, give "save page as..." or something like that, probably depends on the browser, take screenshots and whatever you like.
Of course, there is no guarantee that this will also work in your case, but it's definitely worth a try. And if not these, there are other browsers, one of which will eventually work.
    Good luck.

    P.S
Avoid the type operating on olx.pl under the nickname Seller, who lives in Pawłowice near Poznań. And definitely don't buy a car from him.

Of course, it's not just about the type of search engine, but I wrote above that none of the methods given here previously worked. The solutions you suggested would also fail (and I don't know why archiving an outdated page at the moment). So the question is, why suggest them for the umpteenth time? And what was this comment supposed to be for?
I expand the range of possible methods for recovering copies of scam ads, and thus, I believe, increase someone's chances of seeking justice, because I know how traumatic, tiring and annoying it is to be so deceived and live with the belief that there's nothing you can do about it. So much.

If you're drinking to me, then you must know that at no point was I expecting a pearl, a needle and something else. I knew a lot about the car before buying it, I questioned the guy thoroughly, asked for additional photos, data to check the history, etc., so I was aware that he was not perfect. However, I set myself that I am buying a car that is still functional and in accordance with the description, not scrap, which is only suitable for scrapping.

Annoyance due to unfamiliarity with linked tools. They are used not only to archive current pages, but also to view archives of outdated pages.
There is one catch to this whole game. Read what noarchive means in the website code.

    First, I'm not annoyed.
Secondly - I will repeat - none of the methods you provided solved my problem, neither when I needed this solution nor now (although I admit that I did not really notice this archiving - I am talking about https://archive.ph/). That's why I was looking for others. I found it, I shared it, I hope that as few people as possible will use it, but I also have no illusions that no one will benefit.
Third, I still don't know what this discussion is about. If I've done something wrong or my suggestions don't work or something - then we can sit down and talk about it, look for a solution. But yes?
I add my contribution, suggest - as it seems to me - solutions that no one has considered here so far, and which can definitely help ... But there are other, old (and never mind that they are not necessarily effective) methods. Okay, let them be. The more the better. But what's the point of recalling them for the umpteenth time, especially if it's clearly stated that they failed?
Fourthly, forgive me, but I am not an IT specialist and at the moment I have neither the time nor the need to make up for it - I have a lawsuit to prepare.
    All the best, I'm going.

You don't understand again. If the website code says "noarchive", all archiving robots follow this and do not archive the pages.
I have provided tools that can help you find archived pages with a bit of luck, but as a rule, classifieds portals do not want ads that have expired (someone stopped paying) to still be found on the web. The items on display are not always sold, so if someone found the website's archive, the seller could sell the goods without sharing with the advertising portal, and therefore these portals want the archived ads to be unavailable.

    Now I don't understand what I don't understand... :) .
As I said, I checked the methods you provided before and I couldn't find a copy of the ad I was interested in anywhere. Now I know why - and that's always a good idea, thanks - but that still doesn't explain where we're actually going.
