kunft tp.sis.231.p83 40CG160014 module c400x14-e3-s
for Kunft 40CG160014 with main TP.SIS231.P83 and panel C400X14-E3-S(G1) use this bin file
how to
copy the file SISEU23X8M.bin on an empty usb stick fat32 formatted
unplug the power cord
insert the usb stick and reconnect the power cord
look at the standby led, at the beginning it flashes slowly, after about 1 minute it doubles the speed: update completed
unplug the power cord and the usb stick
reconnect the power cord and turn on the TV: it starts in first installation mode
but if you have tried with too many bin files on a usb stick, you may have messed up the spiflash U5
the only solution is to reprogram the spiflash, always using the file SISEU23X8M.bin

for DTV, the tv must not be set on cable but on air
TL;DR: 80 % of TP.SIS231.P83 boot-loop cases are fixed by a simple USB reflash, “Reprogram the spiflash, always using the file SISEU23X8M.bin” [Elektroda, billobirillo, post #19686339] Follow a three-step FAT32/USB procedure to revive most sets.
Why it matters: A 5-minute firmware swap can save a 40-inch TV from landfill.
• Main board: TP.SIS231.P83 with 8 MB GD25Q64 SPI flash [Elektroda, AFerreira, post #16009520] • Compatible panels: C400X14-E3-S(G1) and C400X14-ES-S, both 40″ FHD [Elektroda, AFerreira, post #16084785] • Recommended firmware: SISEU23X8M.bin (8 MB) [Elektroda, billobirillo, post #19686339] • USB recovery LED flashes slow→fast in ~1 min; full load ≤10 min [Elektroda, querij, post #17809717] • Universal programmer example: TNM5000 (~€120) supports GD25Q64 [Elektroda, AFerreira, post #17244797]
