Self-charging of acid batteries does not exceed 1% per day, which for a 100Ah battery means about 40mA.
This means that, theoretically, any charger with a capacity greater than 40mA is able to charge such a battery - of course in a sufficiently long time.
With a 1A charger, you can charge this battery after approx. 100 hours (not including the efficiency of the charging process), and with a 5A charger - after approx. 20 hours of charging.
The full charge is demonstrated by reaching the end of charge voltage: 13.8 ... 14.4V (for a 12V battery).
DO NOT exceed 14.4V, as this may damage the battery.
