Audi A3 8P Central Locking Issue: Key Locks but Struggles to Open, Trunk Ticking, Indicator Lights

The problem is the following car locks with the key without problems but already with opening it there is a problem it just doesn't open. You can hear the ticking from around the trunk, the direction indicators light up but it will not close the car. What may be the problem? One more question, if you press the close button several times on the key, you can reprogram something that the reason is that the electric windows do not open?

The central mate is ground controlled, but the managing or managing actuator is or is in the front door.
