Lenovo Flex 15: Touch Functionality Unresponsive, Matrix Functional - Possible Mechanical Damage?

Hello, my lenovo flex 15 fell in touch, the matrix works correctly. The laptop warranty has expired recently. Is it strange that the touch fell and the matrix did not?

1. was windows 10 - I came back to 8 and it did not help
2nd format did not help
3. updating the drivers did not help

it seems to me that this is mechanical damage, did anyone have a similar problem? Is the whole matrix to be replaced? I can see that 5 cables come out from under the top cover, two of which are antennas - is this a polka cap for dies and is there a separate cable? Maybe rubbed off? Is the whole matrix to be replaced?

4. The swap matrix was changed?

I haven't changed anything since the novelty, the computer has not been turned up.

I have no other matrix to check - if no one tells me what could be the reason then the service will be testing

The website will have a matrix.

Masz podręcznik użytkownika tego laptopa?!

W panelu sterowania T-screen jest rozpoznawany?
- np. Win8 to skróty do : Tablet PC and Handwriting
