Celcus TV Unsupported Video Format: Channel Connection Antenna Fix

How can I fix a Celcus TV showing "unsupported video format" after scanning channels from an antenna?

Your TV is receiving a signal in a format it cannot decode, so the practical fix is to use an external decoder connected via HDMI. The thread points to a country/standards mismatch: the TV worked in England, where MPEG-2 is used, but in Poland the broadcasts use MPEG-4, which causes the "unsupported video format" message [#16229067] Another reply notes that the TV model appears to support only MPEG-2 / analog-style reception, so it will not decode the current signal directly [#16228246][#16228438] In other words, the antenna setup itself is not the problem; the TV needs a set-top box/decoder compatible with the local broadcast format [#16229067]

There would certainly be another message on analogue. It's MPEG2.

We do not have analog television. Change the reception parameters in the menu.

From the instructions found on the net:
    https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1066784/Celcus-Dled32167hd.html?page=4#manual
it follows that this is only an analogue, in my opinion you will have to buy a decoder.
I wonder what he was connected to in England, some analog cable?

You read something wrong, it has a DVB-T tuner, they just didn't say what.
The message shows that only MPEG-2.

Yes, but now you are in Poland.
In England, the MPEG-2 compression system is used, and in our case MPEG-4, hence the message on the screen.
As previously recommended only an external decoder connected via HDMI.

Topic summary

✨ The discussion revolves around a Celcus TV (model DLED32167HD) that is displaying an "unsupported video format" error when attempting to access channels via an antenna connection. The user previously operated the TV in England without issues, where it was connected to cable TV. Responses indicate that the TV supports MPEG-2, which is compatible with the UK system, while Poland uses MPEG-4. To resolve the issue, it is suggested that the user may need to adjust reception parameters in the TV menu or purchase an external decoder to facilitate compatibility with the local broadcasting standards.
