How to Stream Videos from VLC Media Player to LG 43LF632V-ZC TV via Local Network?

Hello,

I am asking for help, because after a whole day of rehearsals I can't cope on my own. I would like to view videos from the disk using VLC MP to my TV via local network. Streaming via Windows Media Player works fine, but it does not support all formats and it is not possible to stream e.g. the current desktop view. I have a problem which transmission method, address and port should I choose. I am throwing screenshots from vlc:
