Hello, I am looking for some simple and at the same time free program (preferably online) in which on a 3-minute movie, I will freeze / blur the moving object. And specifically, the human face. Will someone recommend something?

E.g. such a program , this is also a lot for smartphones.

You can always download the Sony Vegas test version from the official site and have fun with the 2D motion tracking feature. Link to videos showing the use of the function

I forgot to add that it would be nice if the program was in the Polish language version. Aaaa and on this video, I have to blur three people at once.

Camtasia studio I know and blur effect. Paid but trial program for free.
