    Hello, I have a question about creating movies from a sports cam, namely which of course the free program to use to make your movie e.g. from holidays with some effects.? I am looking and reading but I can't find anything specific.

    Hello - and I mean a program that meets the following two conditions simultaneously:

    - free (but not annual or "trial" type)
    - you can blur e.g. face / license plates
    - optionally, if it is, it is Polish, but this is not a necessary condition.

    For this it should offer basic functions, such as trimming, format conversion, weight change without loss of quality, etc.
