I have a private IP address, Orange LTE 4G, router B315 LTE CPE. I would like someone to dispel my suspicions and tell me if Orange is really blocking ports, can you ask the operator to disable port blocking and whether it will be safe if I have purchased Norton anti-virus and asymmetrical NAT settings on the router. Should I then be afraid of attacks via the Internet or if I am a gray man who sometimes plays with friends through hamachi, steam, uplay, the origin of the game does not threaten me?

Since you are playing and there are no problems why do you need public IP? Usually you have to pay extra with the operator.

Is it equal to public IP if I would like to disable port blocking? And so far I'm not playing through hamachi or tunngle because I have connection errors.

Yes, exactly, the public IP on the WAN router plus the forwarding of appropriate ports on the router.

So in the current situation without public IP you can not do anything to open ports for e.g. hamachi?

For hamachi, you don't need to open any ports.

Well, no, but I have an intermediate tunnel with all my friends, I have complete confidence in antivirus. I tried to replace hamachi with tunngle but it shows (4-113) NAT error.

Check the ports yourself on the scan page or do a different test for penetration tests ... in general, something is wrong from 2017 .. DNSy Residential e.g.

In Orange for home users it is not possible (unless something has changed in the last month) to unblock ports or receive public IP. Orange in mobile networks uses the Large Scale NAT technique with the V4inV6 tunnel and does not want to make exceptions in the configuration for a single user.
I know because I used to struggle with them and it was only UKE's intervention that helped (but I had an old contract). In general, however, the matter is not simple and you won't win anything without specialist knowledge.
However, you can configure the router to work with IPv6 + Dual Stack Lite expansion, here you have a public address by default.
However, you will not remove the firewall for IPv4 or IPv6 addresses.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the limitations of using a private IP address with the Orange LTE 4G service and the B315 LTE CPE router, particularly concerning port blocking. Users express concerns about whether Orange blocks ports and if it is possible to request the operator to disable this blocking. It is noted that Orange employs Large Scale NAT, making it difficult for home users to obtain a public IP or unblock ports. Some users mention that for applications like Hamachi, no port opening is necessary, while others face NAT errors with Tunngle. The conversation also touches on the potential safety of using antivirus software like Norton and the implications of NAT settings on online gaming and security.
