    Hi.
I currently have an orange sim usb modem card.
The problem is that the internet is only suitable for browsing the web.
Because ip is variable So I have blocked ports and I'm behind fw.

Is there a way I don't know, e.g. a proxy, vpn or something like that that would change me to a permanent ip address? and that ports will be open, not the other way around.
Can only the network administrator do that?

    Thank you.

    Something more about:
Purchase of an appropriate permanent public IP service
Where should I buy such ip?

Generally, a variable ip address can be irrelevant.
    It's about ports.
I want to keep them open and all GSM networks block it.

Well, for 10 years it has been poisoning them to introduce it.
Maybe something has already changed, I'll call you soon and write what and how later.
    Greetings.

Era has had it for about 4 years with the fact that it has to be for an internet company.

Maybe I will still ask. I have a similar problem and I'm on pre-paid PLAY. Not only does PLAY offer no such service, but also a card. I have read in forums so far that it is not possible to have outside access to your own network in that case. My router allows you to set your own DDNS as a service already included in the price of the router, so that I can connect, but the description of this service on my equipment shows that I can have a variable IP, but I must have an external one. However, I tried to set up such a connection on my link, in various ways, but unfortunately I do not connect to it, only from within my own network, and that's not the point.
However, when I bought an IP camera, a simple, domestic production for PLN 150 (Camspot), after configuration on the smartphone application? and I calmly connect to this camera from the outside and I have a picture ...
Could you please explain to me what this is about? Maybe I am just misconfiguring this connection by the provided ASUS service? Should I play with ports to make this work? Where to find a way?
Or is the camera set to the VPN channel and that's why it works?

The camera reliably connects to the manufacturer's cloud and you can access the image through an account on his portal ??. It is definitely not a point to point combination.
