Hello, unfortunately I can't download it because I don't have that many points. In the meantime, on a well-known auction site I found a programmed 25Q64 bone for PLN 10 and I'm going to buy and replace it. And by the way, it's a bit strange that there is no such software on the manufacturer's website. Regards

Hello. I’ve had the same problem lately. For me, it was a bit different because after connecting the pen, I started to load it up to 20% and then I had a message to remove the pen and disconnect it from the network.
And no improvement. Once every 10 times it turned on without scanning (after disconnecting from the power supply) and then I loaded the full file through the settings menu in Tv. The installation went to 100% and a message popped up saying that factory settings have been restored And the problem is over So many years and Tv still works
