You can not do anything. The phone will not work in the UK.

Only those who have reported their iPhone stolen / missing can free it from the blacklist.

From what I remember, the blacklist only works in one country, it should work in another :) You can have it unlocked, but the blacklist costs a lot. R-sim let it go too much there were always problems with it, such as the internet did not work / coverage was interrupted.
