    Hello.

I have a problem with a new purchase.
    I bought a vectre c with a 2.2 dti 125 HP engine

The problem arose when I sent the car to the service center to unscrew the broken candle.
before this operation, no car keys on the clocks, only immo sometimes dumped an error.
the car in -10 degrees burned from the arrow only slightly lame due to the one candle but there were no errors.
After visiting the service and picking up the car on the second day of the keys - I ignored him because I thought from the key.
After a few times I decided to check what is the cause of the error and here surprise error P0380.

I took the meter in my hand and each candle I started checking came out after 230 Ohm on each I switched the meter to measure the current and here the next surprise candles are still taking at the start after 17-18A and after 6-8 seconds dropped to the level of 7 A. I had the same times and values on the new candle.

The next element that was diagnosed is the candle driver and here another surprise on the bottom the inscription "USZK." and after connecting and checking, it turned out that the current was only released on two candles, the second bank zero.
The plug, the checked current on the pipes is the current that is to come on the ignition is on

After FAILED scuffles with "" service "" I decided to replace all the parts with new ones
I bought BERU candles 4 pieces and a candle driver.

Today I plugged in again and again P0380 and P0400
I will add that the car starts as normal, I did not notice any problems, the indicator light with the key goes out after 10-15 seconds and does not appear again, until the next morning.

As for the P400 error, I bet on the EGR valve getting stuck because sometimes (only in 2nd gear) it can tear me.
But that's another topic. Although I do not hide that and in this matter any advice would be appreciated.

As for error P0380, any suggestions what to do or what else to check ??

The glow plug plug is too loose and loses contact.

    Usually
    P0380
    1. Candles (BERU - wrong choice)
    2. Glow plug relay
    3. Wires
    Everything should be checked
Often poor contact in the world

    p0400

    1 vacuum
    2 Solenoid valves

Since the power supply for two candles came out of the module and the current was on four, it means that the installation is bridged somewhere - this needs to be improved

that's why you need to change the glow plug relay (one of 2 bad transistors)
P0400 -EGR disable it programmatically-I can help

    to error P0380
1.Why swer BERU wrong choice ?? in many forums these are put as a replacement in the first place. BERU is also unscrewed.
    2. Relay as I wrote earlier NEW original GM
    3. The cables are good there is no bridging on the plug checked one pin powers two candles 1.2, the other two 3.4. what I just didn't check is how the cap lies on a candle, apparently you can undress and tighten it but for now I am looking for how to do it

    Error P0400
for now I will take the solenoid valve a simple topic but how it will get warmer

The module was powered out on one pin, while the pins in the plug supplied another 1 pin candles 1 and 2, 2 pin candles 3 and 4

Clamp old or insert new connectors.

    Hello.
I would like to refresh the topic.
I am after improving the glow plug caps, I removed the outer pipe and in the caps I put copper plates "0.3 mm" 3 of them after applying on the candles are stiff without any play, while 4 despite the metal plate, it is still moving, not the insert itself which directly connects with the candle and its housing. is it possible that this slack has an effect on the current flow and it still causes me an error when heating the candles P0380. the cartridge itself was checked for a short time and there is a current flow.

what could still be the problem in this system.
The temperature sensor indicates correctly, the new relay and new candles.
the temperature condition corresponds to what is on the board.

Gentlemen, after purchasing OP-COM and reading the errors, one appears and is still the same
P0380-0B Filament circuit - Low voltage.

Does anyone have an idea what could be? what to look for.

Wires from the Glow plug relay to the ECU ????

you can get a little brighter.

As for the plug that is plugged into the relay, all pins were checked.

On one of the pins instead of 12V was 11.7V probably on what is from the battery, or on what appears 12 V after turning the key now I do not remember exactly.
    Is that it?

Topic summary
