Yesterday I did this timing in Focus 11r 1.6 70kw, so the wheel from the shaft is blocked with a pin, the shaft is positioned so that the hole in the flange from the sensor's magnetic race at 12 o'clock is to enter a 5mm drill and the wheel from the pump has a flange that turns with it, you set it at 3 o'clock. The hole for the pump lock is 6mm, but the original lock (unfortunately I do not have this) is so turned that when looking from the bottom there is a 6mm pin (to the hole), then a circle for fi 12 (matching the flange hole) and at the top again the pin that you can catch it according to the picture so it's supposed to come out

in this picture it seems that the flange of the wheel has a fixed hole, and there really is an oval cut with a diameter of 12 or a bit larger? Unfortunately, I did not have this lock, so I marked myself in the case of W before disassembling the belt with a marker, a tooth on the wheel into the housing and I put a 6mm spindle, it was possible to move this wheel by 2-3 lets down. I had this cut for 3 o'clock so that the safety pin rested on the lower part of this flange of the wheel so that the wheel would remain in place when fastening it. I will show you, for example, painta, the only idea for this hour, because I can't find a picture of this wheel anywhere

xD
So I think if you set it up like me, it will be git
