Add this page to the exceptions in Adblock so that it will not block it.

Scanning was the first thing I did. Malwarebyte anti malware, Adwcleanerz similar. I also did ZemanaAntimalware, I even scanned Avastem. Totally zero. As for other browsers I used Goggle chrome and Opera but due to newer versions do not support the plugin so the chat does not start simply.

I will add that even uninstalled and installed Mozilla once. But to no avail.

And good. It seems that Mozilla has also finished supporting Java. So that's probably why. Just moments ago I found this article.

In that case, it's just the end. The case has ended. Thank you for previous help attempts.

how to re-enable all plugins in Firefox> 52.0:

Turning off the use of plugins results in difficulties or inability to use many government websites, banking and chat rooms, etc. If you have encountered this problem, I have good news. The Firefox developer allows you to enable / unblock Java plugins.

Below is the instructions on how to do it:

First, we check what version of Firefox we have installed. Open "Menu> Help> About Firefox" (should be ex ver. 52.0.1)

Then enter "about: config" in the address bar and click "Accept risk!"

We need to add a new option to configure the browser. Right-click anywhere on the page and select "Add type setting> Boolean" from the menu

After selecting this item a window will appear, in which we enter the name of the option: "plugin.load_flash_only"

    After clicking OK, select: false

We close the browser and then restart it.
If you get a warning about running the Java plug-in, select "Allow".

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around issues with the Chat WP plugin not displaying nicknames and messages in Mozilla Firefox. The user initially attempted to resolve the problem by adding the site to Adblock exceptions, but this did not work. They performed malware scans using Malwarebytes and AdwCleaner, but found no issues. The user noted that other browsers like Google Chrome and Opera do not support the necessary plugins for the chat. Eventually, they discovered that Mozilla Firefox has discontinued support for Java, which likely caused the chat functionality to fail. They switched to an alternative chat service on Interia without issues. Additional suggestions included checking for Flash plugin updates and re-enabling plugins in Firefox.
