The Google FF translator works in such a way that a new page is opened with the translated text, so we have one in English and the other, e.g. Polish, which is very practical. In older versions of FF, this worked without a problem and differed from the translator in Chrome in that it wasn't chaotically crammed text.

I currently have FF 58.0.1 Portable (the newest) and the problem is that for a split second the translated page pops in and unfortunately disappears :( . I looked for help on Mozilla's website but unfortunately it failed.
Thanks in advance for any advice and suggestions.

I don't know this add-on, does it work like a popup window? If so, then the Adblock add-on or other ad blockers can only trigger this window.

It is an add-on to the search engine, with a foreign-language page open, just press the letter "T" from the bar at the top and the second page already translated into Polish opens.

The difference between the FF and Chrome translator is that the latter translates on the same page and it is chaotically crammed and sometimes hard to see. I turned off Adblock and, unfortunately, the same continues. I also tried yesterday with IE but it's a total massacre there :( .

OK, I installed it, checked how it works and it works fine for me. So try to open a new tab in FF and enter it in the address about: config , accept the risk :) and search for a position dom.allow_scripts_to_close_windows if it is set to true change it to false. Restart your browser and try to translate something.
There is also an option browser.tabs.closeWindowWithLastTab you can also change it to false

    I have "false"

I changed it to "false" but unfortunately it doesn't help.

Translation from the context menu / right click and translate the page / also works like that?

I blocked the updates, the last change killed me, the few extensions I used now do not work, and I will probably go back to the earlier version.
Do you have that too? Because I would suspect incompatibility with the new version.
@roxio What's your FF number? On 57.0.4 32bit it still works.

Is this telegram really one way? It would be a pointless messenger. Don't you want to check it out on an older FF version? I had to install JAVA, because after the introduction of a new FF, the old one stopped working, and suddenly some functions stopped working, e.g. the inability to do so

I debugged the page you gave me and we get a message Load denied by X-Frame-Options: https://www.forexfactory.com/ does not permit cross-origin framing.
vbulletin_alt_global.js and vbulletin_global.js block placing the object in the frame so the translator crashes in this case

So it is impossible to translate it on the part of FF, I understand. Well, it remains chaotic with Chrome, and Chrome has the same translator and yet translates ...

If it would work, you have to look for what you don't have from extensions or add-ons.
