Hello, I bought a flat in a 2-storey block (a housing community). I am doing a general renovation and I want to replace the old copper gas pipes and move the gas meter to the staircase. The gas in the apartment is used to heat hot water using a junker. Heating in the apartment is urban. The housing community has agreed to such an operation -> More specifically, I wrote a letter of permission, and they agreed. Well, I wonder if this is enough, and whether I should not sometimes apply for conditions to the community. I also asked in PGNiG if they saw the problem and said in a word that I would do a new installation, i.e. new pipes, leave the cage and report them and the worker will come and move the meter and flow to the new installation. Hmmmm, everything is too beautiful and too easy. So I decided to ask in the same way in writing - and even they did not accept such a letter, but finally they accepted and said they would write back, but it is not for them to decide on permits and conditions only to write to the Housing Community.
Well, the matter is that if I have permission from the community, now I should call a licensed gas distributor and he will distribute such pipes to me through the apartment and from the hallway to the kitchen where there is Junkers and gas cooker, and then I call someone from PGNiG and this someone has to pass the gas meter outside the cage and finish.
If so, it would be great, but knowing the bureaucracies of our country is probably something goes wrong and there will be stairs in the form of a lack of building permit, design and God knows what else ... I am asking for a specific answer and hints what to do next to do this. I care about replacing these pipes and moving the gas meter to the cage, but I do not want to have problems.
PS. In the previous apartment I was doing a conversion of heating from coal to gas, I know that it was necessary to carry out the project, building permits, construction manager and a few other necessary permits and expert opinions. However, in the current apartment the situation is completely different, hence my request for help.
