Very long-lasting Cerastar3, something about 20 years .... During heating, try to release the C a few times after waiting at intervals of about 5 minutes. The 3-way valve is blocked. Boiler for maintenance: clean, disassemble and assemble, eventually replace the valve, but is it worth it? Other components need to be inspected and it may turn out to be just scrap.

Would you like to let water into the heating system first (pressure below 1 bar), then vent the heaters and the heating system (temperature 99 ° C)? Only then check each element in turn ... But apart from that, the boiler is for immediate maintenance.

Due to the amount of dust, the boiler has not seen a service technician for a long time. If the cw is working properly, the pressure at this point it is in the background. The pressure should be in min. 1bar. Due to the lack of service, it is afraid to allow more because the safety valve will not last (every 3 years the expansion vessel must be checked). No water can be released in this boiler. Inlet to the outside on the system or with a hose, e.g. to a valve with a plug under the boiler. It is unlikely to succeed without a specialist. Someone at home should know how and where to add water to the system. After installation and valves, you can think that it is not in Poland. In addition, you can see the penetration from the bottom, the boiler was not sold in Poland. Specify the junkers model by giving the symbol to the subject, eg ZWR18-3 (4) AE?

If the cw works properly even without the required water level, approx. 1.5 bar. This device is working electronically. HC mode means that the boiler is in the comfort mode active command function, the so-called warm start. It is not a malfunction. If you turn the left knob from the sun-umbrella, e.g. to 3-4 and the boiler immediately heats the water to 99, and the radiators, despite being fully open, are dead, it means that you have a failure of the 3-way valve (black plastic part under the pump) ... Of course you can try to clean, relubricate and unlock the valve, but for this you need new o-rings and experience. The new part is about PLN 600. The boiler is old and should be thoroughly inspected if we want to keep it in good condition.
