Hello, I have such a problem, well Samsung Galaxy S5 neo after a hard reset does not turn on. When trying to log in, a message pops up to log in to the previous account, although the phone was taken from the salon only logged in to one account and the password was not changed. In Google you can see this device and it is visible that it was turned on today, I logged into Google via PC without a problem and the phone crashes an error. I used many "patents" from youtube and via the OTB cable with the Bypass any Samsung Google Account Lock file, but after playing with the Bypass any Samsung Google Account Lock file is the same, i.e. an error and does not skip logging in. When it synchronizes with the database and then a message pops up saying that it is looking for an update, I turn off the router and the phone skips the login issue and returns to the second stage at the last stage :D over and over again. How to solve this problem? new soft? or what? Tel no longer has a warranty. Thanks in advance.

Go to the service where they will remove the frp blockade.

Everyone who has a z3x box or similar is able to download this lock.

Changing the firmware will do nothing.

Well, after the picnic I'll call the service, or give it back to the service because what Samsung has done with Google is a failure. So that you cannot log in to your own account, although if you log in using a PC, you can see that the phone is assigned to this account. Some failure.

The phone works fine ;) "Samsung frp lock remove 2016 100% tested" helped me. I apologize for profanity, but I was carried away.

PS. if someone had a similar problem and did as per the instructions, at the beginning I emphasize that to set the English language is much simpler ;)
