The phone is from China - it is Samsung's original. The phone on the other hand had terrible lags, so it went hard reset and of course the google account ... The latest Android 7 from January was installed - no possibility to enter service options and to upload lower Android versions with Odin. On Samsung's website I hear that a box is needed that supports phones from outside the EU. Anyone have any advice? What to do with this? Maybe where to go?
