Hello, I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo cell phone. After entering the system with the + voice, home and power buttons I made a wipe data / factory reset then reboot the system now. After running, displaying on the aquamarine background, welcome start> please ask for some google password and still do not understand why the system does not start. I mention that the phone was bought in the store and not from the operator. This is Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo SM-G 903 F.

To use an Android phone, you must have a Gmail account.
He simply asks you for the password for your Gmail ;)

This is a Reactivation lock and it is for breaking the service box. And in the future I recommend remembering passwords, because if it was an iPhone, it is not possible to download the iclude lock. Only contact with Apple and data verification. Samsung not to be worse on this issue from Apple also probably refines its security.

    There's no need to.

Go to the store with proof of purchase and say what is going on, then the Samsung service should reset the lock.

Is there any other way to remove this blockade?

There are no magic tricks. I also do not recommend wasting time on YT videos (shot only for views)

How a phone on a warranty is like I wrote earlier. If not, a good website will deal with it.

I wonder if if I put the sim card to another phone and I set up a different gmail account on it and then I put the sim into the original phone, maybe it will solve my problem?

The SIM card has nothing to do with it. The lock is on the phone.

I am sorry that I'm obtrusive, I know that the sim card has nothing to do. But if I open a second account on another phone, I might be able to use that account on my first phone. Account settings along with the password are not assigned to the phone only they are in the gmail system. If I'm wrong, please correct me.

In this case, the account is assigned to the phone. Only after entering the old login and password, you can unlock the phone and change accounts on your phone.

Is the removal of the lock within the warranty if not how much this cost?

You already had an answer earlier.

Ask for the prices about the prices.

    Stop combining.
The subject has already been told everything what needs to be done. The subject is closed, further discussion is pointless.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo (SM-G903F) that prompts for a Google account password after a factory reset. Users explain that this is a Reactivation Lock feature designed to prevent unauthorized access. The original poster is unable to recall their Google password and seeks alternative solutions. Responses suggest visiting a store with proof of purchase for assistance from Samsung service, as there are no effective workarounds. The conversation emphasizes that the lock is tied to the device, and creating a new Gmail account on another phone will not resolve the issue. The importance of remembering passwords is highlighted, and the topic concludes with a note that further discussion is unnecessary as the solutions have been provided.
