Lenovo K6 Note Freezes on Red Handset Screen after Calls: Android 6.0.1, Main Menu Access

For several days I have a Lenovo K6 Note phone, in general I am very happy with the phone, but I have a problem that annoys me.

Namely, it happens that after the conversation the phone hangs up, which means that I have the screen with a red handset to disconnect the conversation. This is not a complete suspension, because I can leave the notification bar, when a new call comes, pick it up, but I can't go to the main menu and somehow remove this window. It doesn't happen every time, but it's annoying because I have to restart the phone. I have Android 6.0.1 on board. Maybe someone can do something? I do not know if I should reinstall soft in the sense of hard reset or send it to the service?

Start with a hard reset, as this will not help with warranty repair.

For a hard reset do I need to make a copy of contacts and photos, will the mp3s stored in the internal memory be deleted?

Yes you have to archive everything.
