    Hello
I'm new to this part of the forum so hello everyone. :D For some time now, I have been buying a speaker for my garden. I know that there are wireless speakers, but I am not sure if their power is sufficient and if I can find an interesting product at this price. Recently, I found a loudspeaker (or, as the producer writes, a karaoke set) from the Polish manufacturer Manta, model SPK5003. What do you think about this equipment? Is it another Polish product with a large number of numbers without any impact on quality? I would like to buy some decent product at a reasonable price. :P As for the music, it will be typical "youth music", sometimes some disco polo, as it happens at various events. :D
I am asking for some opinions and help. ;)
    best regards

If you need the functions that this "device" has, it can be for your garden. Microphone, remote control, plastic housing, karaoke etc .. But the parameters of 2500W PMPO given by the manufacturer do not fill us with optimism, let alone trust in the "manufacturer", since the built-in battery has 4.5Ah. 2 Because Manta is an importer of Chinese inventions with name branding. I won't tell you what's decent, but definitely not Manta. Perhaps you will not have any other choice among those suitable for the garden in this amount ;)

ps I would give 500 PLN for a neighbor from the plot to sell his audio equipment.

    Hello
No, I don't need the functions of a speaker and a remote control at all. :P They attracted me with cheapness and entrances. Maybe a friend could recommend something? Any such good speaker up to PLN 500? I do not expect no one knows what, I do not know it completely and I do not want to buy anything to regret later.
Recently I found in old things an amplifier, CD player and cassettes, as well as an equalizer and tuner called Diora 502 and 2 Tonsil Scherze loudspeakers of 200 W. Is it suitable for something? The sound is quite old, I won't say. :D I didn't play the newest songs on it, because I don't have the Jack-Jack cable. :|

Certainly this old equipment is worth more than this manta and it will last a lot more and may not be distorted

Oh hell. :O And hmm, could someone help with this equipment? :| Because the equipment is connected (I mean cables), I connected the plug to the socket and turned it on, but apart from turning on the whole set, nothing happens. I put the cassette in and turned it on and the "bars" show that the music should be playing, but you can't hear anything except electricity (a kind of hum). I bet something is not touching or has come off. If anyone could help, I would be very grateful. :D

You must check that the inputs and outputs are properly connected

Very nice equipment. He gives his head that he beats Manta in every way and not only her. It was never a high-end class, but decent Polish equipment. Sounds old? Because there is no big boom-boom around 150-200Hz like in the Chinese? :)
It is possible that the membranes were soaked for a long time and warped.

    Hello
I just look at the equipment from the back, cleaned it from cobwebs and dust and I won't say it looks great. :D The problem is probably when connecting the left speaker because one of the cables is not clamped and can be easily removed. :| Does one of your colleagues have an idea how to hmmm mount it?
As for the old transforms, I have nothing to do with it, I would even say that it is interesting. :P Besides, it hasn't been launched for 5-6 years, so I don't really remember what the music from it looks like. As for the possibility of getting wet, rather not because the equipment is in a dry place and the only possibility of getting wet is the urine of spiders, which, as far as I know, do not excrete any liquids. :P
If anyone has an idea how to connect the cable from the speaker to the amplifier, I would be very grateful. :D

Well, there are clamps on the back, you have to press and insert an insulated wire, unless the clamps are damaged and they don't hold the wire ... you need to check it

    Hello
Thanks very much. :D I turned on the ESKA radio and I will say that I am pleasantly surprised. :O Now KULT is on the cassette and it's also great. Apart from the hum of the player, the sound is very clean. However, the bass is not very clean, but I'm pleasantly surprised. I think it's just a matter of setting the bass and treble well.
So do you think that what I have will be better than the equipment for PLN 500? And how much would I have to spend to achieve a better quality that would crush me into the chair?

At least add zero to your budget.

    welcome back
So I guess I will give up buying new equipment and stay with what I have. ;)
I have one more question for my colleagues. For some it may be obvious, but I do not know anything about audio equipment. I think how to connect a telephone to this amplifier. I would like to know if it is possible at all, if so, where and what should I connect, what to buy, what cable ... I would like to ask for a detailed answer and thank you in advance for all forms of help. :D

@olutas I have not read such a basic problem for a long time and how you describe it ... You ask us how to insert the cable, because it is not tightened and if anyone can help you ... You ask us what and where to buy a cable to connect your phone with your equipment ... And you don't have eyes and you can't see what you want to connect to, can't you see what plugs are needed ?! And don't you know that cables or wires are not bought in a meat or greengrocer but in an electronic one or at electronics stands in supermarkets? ... There are also thousands of mail order stores.

There is no unambiguous answer, not even to ask.
One is knocked down by just any bluetooth speaker, another by a car tube amplifier, another by a tube McIntosh with loudspeakers for 20,000.
Each of us is individual, has his own preferences and level of satisfaction.
Besides - you are asking for equipment for the plot, not for listening in a soundproofed room.

    Hello
I solved the problem with connecting the speakers myself. ;) Unfortunately, my friend has to forgive me for not having his knowledge and skills in the field of audio equipment. :( Due to my age and interests, I have never dealt with it and this is only my first contact with this type of equipment, so please be understanding and patient. There are knowledgeable people in this forum and that's why I decided to write. In addition, it is quite old equipment, it is more years old than me, and I would like it to serve a little longer than it is supposed to stand and rot. I do not know about the connectors used in this amplifier, if I had instructions, I would probably be fine, but due to the lack of it, I prefer to ask here. ;) If my colleague does not want to help and embarrasses my colleague, my unprofessional description of the problem, please do not speak, as it does not contribute to the discussion. ;)
If anyone wants to help and will try to explain to me what and how I will be extremely grateful. :D

At the amp. You have all the inputs taken, so disconnect anything you won't be using, cd tuner or tape. Buy a 2x chinch- Jack 3.5mm cable and plug in and play. But don't connect to phono.

@ alien90fr the author did not even mention a word about his phone and what audio output is in it. Or maybe the output is on Jack 2.5 mm? Or maybe on a wide, only in this model, socket where a dedicated cable is connected? It is also possible that you need a mini USB cable, micro USB ...
@olutas , specify what you have.

    Hello :D
Thanks for the answers. :D I will do as my colleague says above and buy a chinch-jack adapter and disconnect one of the components.
I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro phone. It has a 2.5 mm jack input and a micro USB input.
So I conclude that I need to purchase a 3.5mm chinch-jack adapter and a 3.5-2.5mm jack adapter. Am I right or did I get something wrong? Are there any 2.5mm chinch-jack adapters? I found an offer on Komputronik: https://www.komputronik.pl/product/16190/minijack-2x-chinch-2-5m.html Will it be appropriate? I think it can be done, but I'd rather make sure. ;)

The cable from the link above is of poor quality, look for something better, e.g. this one link such a reduction link , it is flexible and will not tear the socket out of the phone plate, because it will not act as a lever.

Take a look at the speaker membranes to see if the suspensions are damaged.
