I have an eye on altus 70 for PLN 350 in perfect condition from what the owner says

Hello, in the budget of PLN 500, I would not bother with Altus for this amount of money you can buy much better speakers.

Actually, they are supposed to be floorstanders? Added after 33 [minutes]: From the Polish speakers, I recommend the Mildtony 70 or 80, Tonsil Perfect 150 or Tonsil Zg-30-C115.

A bit expensive but you can consider (you should bargain each one): These are also bearable, but still better than altus: If you were also interested, I have my Magnat MIG All Ribbon 7 in this budget, so far they are 30 km away from you.

Out of these three propositions, the best choice will be the Brauns ls70 that look great and will certainly play correctly. Personally, I would choose the Disco 110 as a fan of Polish equipment.

I can see that you are horny, but you probably haven't listened to anything else ... Better to spend PLN 50 on the road and gain some experience, and maybe even decent loudspeakers than to buy the first better speakers for a price that is not low compared to how they sound. If you could even watch on the net what each of the crossover cables and converters look like and compare them with the inside of the tonsil, you would have the answer what to buy.
