Format the pendrive for fat32, upload it to the upgrade.msd file without any folders.
Connect the pendrive with the TV turned off and press power. If it doesn't move, connect the pendrive, disconnect the TV from the plug, wait a few seconds and holding the power button connect the plug to the contact.

Then maybe try to put the directory with the upgrade.msd file on the pendrive from the archive.
Alternatively, name the SERVICE directory and insert the upgrade.msd file into it.
I don't know exactly in this model what you need to press for TV to start downloading firmware,
maybe instead of the power button, press "OK" if you have one on your local keyboard.
