Format the pendrive for fat32, upload it to the upgrade.msd file without any folders.
Connect the pendrive with the TV turned off and press power. If it doesn't move, connect the pendrive, disconnect the TV from the plug, wait a few seconds and holding the power button connect the plug to the contact.

Hello, unfortunately none of these options worked. The flash drive for a moment only flashes once and nothing happens.

Then maybe try to put the directory with the upgrade.msd file on the pendrive from the archive.
Alternatively, name the SERVICE directory and insert the upgrade.msd file into it.
I don't know exactly in this model what you need to press for TV to start downloading firmware,
maybe instead of the power button, press "OK" if you have one on your local keyboard.
Did you disconnect the contact plug?

In a similar situation, I called the Samsung service and the guest directed me so that during the conversation with him the TV accepted the pendriva immediately after inserting it into the USB socket on the TV. So maybe try calling the service.

    Hello everyone,
I know this is a very archaic topic, but I have a question for my friend Witold. Do you remember what the update procedure was? I called Samsung's service center, but I guess I got a less intelligent operator because he couldn't help me. If you remember anything else, I would be grateful for the information.
