Edit: It looks like there were 2 versions of this tablet, one with 16gb and the other with 8gb. Firmware (K710.N0.V10.8.HQSJ-V10.1999) which is here is for 16gb, and for 8gb goes the one K710.N0.V10.8.HQSJ-V09.1999-0531
I have both of these tablets and there are several differences besides the memory capacity (e.g. reverse touch, different lcd matrix)
After relocating the touch I had to replace the touchpanel.x.reverse and touchpanel.y.reverse lines in items.ini, then everything worked fine, and for the matrix I have no idea

Roms for the mytab 10 q premium here available have either one or the other; firmware with 4gb ram we but is without root, and stock rom has root (but what is stock if it has root), so I swapped EBRs and now they are perfect
